What is included with the membership?
Membership unlocks all 95 recipes, including the 48 members-only ones. You also get printer-friendly recipe pages, downloadable shopping lists, and free shipping on every kitchen-store order over $75.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Start your trial and you will not be charged on day 1. You will be charged the monthly or annual rate on day 31, only if you have not cancelled. Cancellation takes two clicks from your account page.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There are no contracts, no phone calls to make, and no holds. Cancel from your account page and your card will not be charged again.
Do you ship outside the United States?
The kitchen store currently ships within the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico shipping is available on request - email us before ordering for a shipping quote.
What is the return policy on the kitchen store?
Every product is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product does not work for you, email us, send it back in any condition, and we will refund the order in full.
Are recipes tested?
Every recipe is tested at least three times in our kitchen, often a half-dozen times before it lands here. We rewrite anything that does not perform reliably for the average home cook.
Why do some recipes have a padlock?
Forty-eight of our recipes are members-only. They tend to be more involved or more deeply tested. The other 47 are free to read and cook from.
Can I print a recipe?
Yes. Members can use the printer-friendly view from any recipe page. The print version drops navigation and ads and lays the page out for an 8.5 by 11 sheet.
Are there ads on the site?
No. We earn from membership fees and the kitchen store. The site has no display advertising and no sponsored recipes.
How do I create an account?
Go to register and provide your name, email, and a password. Or skip ahead and create the account at checkout when you start your first order or trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not currently accept PayPal, gift cards, or cryptocurrency.
