These terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cedarvalley Recipes website, membership, and kitchen store, operated by CEDAR VALLEY CRAFTS LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or starting a membership, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Membership and subscription billing

Cedarvalley Recipes offers monthly and annual memberships. When you start a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate displayed at signup. The monthly rate is currently $9.99 and the annual rate is currently $99.99.

If you sign up for the 30-day free trial, your card will not be charged until day 31. On day 31, the rate listed at signup will be charged. The membership renews automatically on each anniversary of your first paid charge until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

If you forget to cancel during the free trial and are charged, email info@cedarvalleyinnovation.com within 30 days for a full refund under our money-back guarantee.

Kitchen store orders

Prices for products are listed in U.S. dollars. We will charge the price displayed at the time you place your order. We may decline to fulfill an order if it appears fraudulent or if pricing or stock errors are discovered. Shipping is free on orders over $75; otherwise it is $6.99 per order within the contiguous United States.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate any law, infringe any intellectual property right, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the service. You may not scrape, copy, or republish our recipes or photographs without written permission.

Intellectual property

All recipes, written content, photography, designs, trademarks, and software on this site are the property of CEDAR VALLEY CRAFTS LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to view and print recipes for personal kitchen use only.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site, the recipes, and the products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that recipes will produce identical results in every kitchen or that products will meet every individual need.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEDAR VALLEY CRAFTS LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or in connection with your use of the site or the products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Florida.

Class action waiver. You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class or representative claim against us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent change. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by a prominent notice on the site at least 30 days in advance.
