Membership refunds
If you signed up for the 30-day free trial and forgot to cancel before being billed, email info@cedarvalleyinnovation.com within 30 days of the charge for a complete refund. No questions asked.
If you are on a paid monthly or annual membership and are not finding value, email us within 30 days of your most recent charge for a complete refund. Annual memberships refunded in this window are refunded in full.
After the 30-day window, you can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; we do not pro-rate prior periods.
Kitchen store refunds
Every product purchased from our kitchen store is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product does not meet your expectations for any reason, email info@cedarvalleyinnovation.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and refund the full purchase price (including original shipping) once the return is received.
How to request a refund
Email info@cedarvalleyinnovation.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your order number, the email associated with your account, and a brief description. A real human responds within one business day.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Most refunds appear on your statement within five to ten business days. Bank processing time varies and is outside our control.
Return window and exceptions
The standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. The following items are non-returnable for sanitary or licensing reasons:
- Perishable goods (such as the smoked olive oil bottle, once opened).
- Digital downloads, recipe PDFs, or printed shopping lists.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within seven days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund the order at your choice, with no return required.
