Miso and Vegetable Soup
A light broth of miso, tofu, greens, and scallions.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 1 block soft tofu
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups greens
- 2 scallions
- 1 sheet nori
Method
- 1 Warm the water without boiling.
- 2 Whisk in the miso paste off the heat.
- 3 Add cubed tofu and greens.
- 4 Finish with scallions and nori.
