Sauerkraut and White Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cans white beans
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1/4 red onion
- Parsley
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Rinse and drain the beans.
- 2 Fold in the sauerkraut and onion.
- 3 Add olive oil and parsley.
- 4 Season and serve cool.
