Apple and Oat Breakfast Bowl
Warm oats with sauteed cinnamon apples.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- 2 apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- Handful of walnuts
Method
- 1 Cook the oats in milk.
- 2 Saute the apples with cinnamon.
- 3 Spoon the apples over the oats.
- 4 Top with honey and walnuts.
