Banana and Flaxseed Porridge
Creamy porridge with mashed banana and ground flaxseed.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- 1 Simmer the oats in milk.
- 2 Mash in the banana.
- 3 Stir in flaxseed and cinnamon.
- 4 Finish with a little honey.
