Tuna and Mixed Green Salad
Flaked tuna over greens with a light lemon dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna in water
- 6 cups greens
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
Method
- 1 Drain the tuna.
- 2 Chop the cucumber and halve the tomatoes.
- 3 Dress the greens with oil and lemon.
- 4 Top with the tuna.
