Lentil and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups lentils
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 onion
- 1 cup tomato passata
- 6 cups stock
Method
- 1 Saute the onion, carrot, and celery.
- 2 Add lentils, passata, and stock.
- 3 Simmer 30 minutes.
- 4 Season and serve.
