Grilled Shrimp and Greens
Quick-grilled shrimp over a crisp green salad.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs shrimp
- 6 cups greens
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
Method
- 1 Toss the shrimp with garlic and oil.
- 2 Grill 2 minutes per side.
- 3 Dress the greens with lemon.
- 4 Top with shrimp and avocado.
