Vegetable and Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cans mixed beans
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 zucchini
- 1 cup tomato passata
- 7 cups stock
Method
- 1 Saute the carrot, celery, and onion.
- 2 Add beans, passata, and stock.
- 3 Simmer 25 minutes.
- 4 Add zucchini near the end.
