Ginger and Garlic Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 7 cups stock
Method
- 1 Simmer the chicken in stock with ginger and garlic.
- 2 Add the carrot and celery.
- 3 Cook until the chicken is tender.
- 4 Shred the chicken back into the broth.
