Garlic and Spinach Sauteed Greens
Spinach quickly sauteed with plenty of garlic and lemon.

Ingredients
- 8 cups spinach
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Red pepper flakes
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Warm the oil with garlic.
- 2 Add the spinach in batches.
- 3 Toss until just wilted.
- 4 Finish with lemon and chili flakes.
