Broccoli and Chicken Bowl
Lean chicken and broccoli over rice with garlic.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast
- 1 broccoli head
- 1.5 cups brown rice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- 1 Cook the brown rice.
- 2 Sear the chicken and slice it.
- 3 Stir-fry the broccoli with garlic.
- 4 Build bowls and finish with soy and sesame.
