Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup berries
- 2 tbsp seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- 1 Layer yogurt and berries.
- 2 Add a little granola.
- 3 Repeat the layers.
- 4 Top with seeds and honey.
