  • 1.5 lbs shrimp
  • 6 cups greens
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Red pepper flakes

Method

  1. 1 Saute the shrimp with garlic.
  2. 2 Wilt the greens in the same pan.
  3. 3 Add lemon and chili flakes.
  4. 4 Plate the greens and top with shrimp.
