Garlic Shrimp and Greens
Garlicky shrimp served over bright sauteed greens.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs shrimp
- 6 cups greens
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Red pepper flakes
Method
- 1 Saute the shrimp with garlic.
- 2 Wilt the greens in the same pan.
- 3 Add lemon and chili flakes.
- 4 Plate the greens and top with shrimp.
