Buttermilk Pancakes
Fluffy stacks finished with maple syrup, melted butter, and a handful of fresh blueberries.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Method
- 1 Whisk the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another.
- 2 Fold the wet into the dry until just combined and let the batter rest five minutes.
- 3 Cook 1/3 cup of batter per pancake on a buttered griddle over medium heat.
- 4 Flip when bubbles form on top, finish 90 seconds more, and stack with butter and syrup.
