Smoked Sausage Plate
Snappy smoked sausages plated with mustard, pickles, and grilled bread.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs smoked sausage
- Yellow mustard
- Bread and butter pickles
- Sliced onion
- Sourdough bread
- Butter
- Hot sauce
- Saltine crackers
Method
- 1 Score the sausages and smoke at 225F for 90 minutes until the casings snap.
- 2 Grill the sourdough with butter until charred and crisp.
- 3 Slice the sausages on a bias and arrange on a board.
- 4 Serve with mustard, pickles, sliced onion, and crackers.
