Ingredients

  • 5 lb pork shoulder
  • 3 tbsp dry rub
  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Brioche buns
  • Cabbage slaw
  • Pickles
  • Hot sauce

Method

  1. 1 Season the pork and roast at 300F for five hours until probe tender.
  2. 2 Pull the meat with two forks and toss with vinegar and brown sugar.
  3. 3 Pile onto buttered brioche buns with slaw and pickles.
  4. 4 Drizzle with hot sauce for an extra kick.
