Pulled Pork Sandwich
Vinegar-tossed pulled pork piled on a brioche bun with crunchy slaw.

Ingredients
- 5 lb pork shoulder
- 3 tbsp dry rub
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Brioche buns
- Cabbage slaw
- Pickles
- Hot sauce
Method
- 1 Season the pork and roast at 300F for five hours until probe tender.
- 2 Pull the meat with two forks and toss with vinegar and brown sugar.
- 3 Pile onto buttered brioche buns with slaw and pickles.
- 4 Drizzle with hot sauce for an extra kick.
