Beef Lo Mein
Egg noodles tossed with sliced beef, snap peas, and a glossy soy-sesame sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh egg noodles
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 scallions
- 1 tbsp ginger
Method
- 1 Boil the noodles for two minutes and rinse with cold water.
- 2 Sear the flank steak hard in a smoking wok and remove.
- 3 Stir-fry ginger, snap peas, and scallions, then return the beef.
- 4 Toss the noodles with sauces and serve in deep bowls.
