Greek Village Salad
Tomato, cucumber, peppers, and red onion with feta and oregano-dressed olive oil.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 1 block feta
- Dried oregano
- Extra virgin olive oil
Method
- 1 Wedge the tomatoes, slice the cucumber, and slice the onion thin.
- 2 Layer the vegetables and olives in a wide bowl.
- 3 Drizzle with olive oil and dust generously with oregano and salt.
- 4 Crown with a thick slab of feta and serve with crusty bread.
