Tex-Mex Cheeseburger
Smashed beef patties with pepper jack, jalapenos, and chipotle aioli on a brioche bun.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 4 slices pepper jack
- Pickled jalapenos
- 4 brioche buns
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp chipotle in adobo
- Lettuce
- Tomato
Method
- 1 Form the beef into loose balls and smash hard onto a screaming-hot griddle.
- 2 Add pepper jack just as the patty edges crisp.
- 3 Whisk mayo with chipotle for the aioli.
- 4 Build burgers with aioli, lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, and the cheesy patty.
