Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded chicken
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups tomato passata
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 chipotles in adobo
  • Corn tortillas, sliced
  • Avocado
  • Lime

Method

  1. 1 Saute the onion, then add stock, passata, and chipotles.
  2. 2 Simmer 20 minutes, then stir in the shredded chicken.
  3. 3 Fry tortilla strips until crisp and salt them while hot.
