Chicken Tortilla Soup
Smoky tomato-chicken broth topped with crispy tortilla strips, avocado, and lime.

Ingredients
- 1 lb shredded chicken
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups tomato passata
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 chipotles in adobo
- Corn tortillas, sliced
- Avocado
- Lime
Method
- 1 Saute the onion, then add stock, passata, and chipotles.
- 2 Simmer 20 minutes, then stir in the shredded chicken.
- 3 Fry tortilla strips until crisp and salt them while hot.
- 4 Ladle soup into bowls and top with strips, avocado, and lime.
