Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Heat the oven to 400F and line a tray with parchment.
- 2 Lay the salmon on the tray and top with lemon, garlic, and dill.
- 3 Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.
- 4 Bake 14 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
