Steel-Cut Oats with Walnuts and Blueberries
Slow-cooked oats topped with heart-friendly walnuts and fresh blueberries.

Ingredients
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Splash of milk
Method
- 1 Toast the oats in a dry pot for two minutes.
- 2 Add water and simmer 25 minutes, stirring now and then.
- 3 Stir in cinnamon and a splash of milk.
- 4 Top each bowl with blueberries and walnuts.
