  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Splash of milk

Method

  1. 1 Toast the oats in a dry pot for two minutes.
  2. 2 Add water and simmer 25 minutes, stirring now and then.
  3. 3 Stir in cinnamon and a splash of milk.
