Grilled Mackerel with Herb Salad
Oily mackerel grilled hot and served over a fresh herb salad.

Ingredients
- 4 mackerel fillets
- 2 cups mixed herbs and greens
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 shallot
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Brush the mackerel with olive oil and pepper.
- 2 Grill skin-side down for 4 minutes, then flip briefly.
- 3 Toss the greens with lemon and shallot.
- 4 Serve the fish over the herb salad.
