Avocado and Tomato Toast

Ingredients
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 lemon
- Red pepper flakes
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Toast the bread until golden.
- 2 Smash the avocado with lemon and pepper.
- 3 Spread it thick on each slice.
- 4 Top with tomato and a pinch of chili flakes.
