Baked Trout with Almonds
Delicate trout fillets baked with a crunchy toasted almond topping.

Ingredients
- 4 trout fillets
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Heat the oven to 400F.
- 2 Place the trout on a lined tray and brush with oil.
- 3 Scatter almonds and lemon over the top.
- 4 Bake 12 minutes and finish with parsley.
