Kale and Apple Salad with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp honey
Method
- 1 Massage the kale with a little olive oil.
- 2 Whisk the rest of the oil, lemon, and honey.
- 3 Toss the kale with apple and walnuts.
- 4 Dress and serve right away.
