Three-Bean Salad
Kidney, cannellini, and green beans in a tangy vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 2 cups green beans
- 1/4 red onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Method
- 1 Blanch the green beans and cool them.
- 2 Rinse the canned beans and combine.
- 3 Whisk olive oil and vinegar.
- 4 Toss everything and rest 20 minutes.
