Grilled Sardines with Greens
Fresh sardines grilled and served over lemony greens.

Ingredients
- 12 fresh sardines
- 4 cups arugula
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Brush the sardines with oil and pepper.
- 2 Grill 2 minutes per side over high heat.
- 3 Dress the arugula with lemon and garlic.
- 4 Pile the sardines over the greens.
