Tuna and White Bean Salad
Canned tuna and cannellini beans tossed with red onion and parsley.

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna in water
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 1/4 red onion
- Parsley
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- 1 Drain the tuna and rinse the beans.
- 2 Combine with onion and parsley.
- 3 Whisk olive oil and lemon.
- 4 Toss and season with pepper.
