Grilled Chicken and Greens Bowl
Lean grilled chicken over leafy greens with a light vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Grill the seasoned chicken until cooked through.
- 2 Slice it and rest five minutes.
- 3 Toss the greens and cucumber with oil and vinegar.
- 4 Top the salad with the sliced chicken.
