Zucchini Noodle Stir-Fry
Spiralized zucchini stir-fried with peppers and a ginger-soy glaze.

Ingredients
- 4 zucchini, spiralized
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- 1 Stir-fry the pepper, ginger, and garlic.
- 2 Add the zucchini noodles for two minutes.
- 3 Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- 4 Toss quickly and serve at once.
