Greek Yogurt and Berry Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Drizzle of honey
Method
- 1 Spoon the yogurt into bowls.
- 2 Top with berries and almonds.
- 3 Sprinkle with chia and cinnamon.
- 4 Add a light drizzle of honey if desired.
