- 2 cans black beans
- 1 red pepper
- 2 cups greens
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp cumin
Method
- 1 Warm the beans with cumin.
- 2 Saute the pepper until soft.
- 3 Build bowls with greens and beans.
- 4 Top with avocado and lime.
