Grilled Salmon with Asparagus
Salmon fillets grilled alongside tender asparagus spears.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Toss the asparagus in oil and garlic.
- 2 Grill the salmon 4 minutes per side.
- 3 Grill the asparagus until tender.
- 4 Finish both with lemon and pepper.
