Cabbage and Carrot Slaw with Chicken
Crunchy slaw with shredded chicken and a light yogurt dressing.

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 carrots, grated
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- 1 Shred the cabbage and grate the carrots.
- 2 Whisk yogurt, mustard, and lemon.
- 3 Toss the slaw with the dressing.
- 4 Fold in the chicken and serve.
