Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1 broccoli head
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. 1 Press and cube the tofu, then sear until golden.
  2. 2 Stir-fry the broccoli with ginger and garlic.
  3. 3 Return the tofu to the pan.
  4. 4 Add soy sauce and sesame oil, then toss.
