Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Chicken
Sheet-pan chicken thighs with caramelized Brussels sprouts.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Halve the sprouts and toss with oil.
- 2 Add the chicken to the tray.
- 3 Roast at 425F for 28 minutes.
- 4 Finish with lemon and pepper.
