Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • Black pepper

Method

  1. 1 Halve the sprouts and toss with oil.
  2. 2 Add the chicken to the tray.
  3. 3 Roast at 425F for 28 minutes.
  4. 4 Finish with lemon and pepper.
