Cucumber and Tomato Salad with Tuna

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna in water
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- 1 Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes.
- 2 Add the thinly sliced onion.
- 3 Whisk olive oil and lemon.
- 4 Top with flaked tuna and dress.
