Steel-Cut Oats with Cinnamon and Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup mixed nuts
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Splash of milk
Method
- 1 Toast the oats briefly in a dry pot.
- 2 Add water and simmer 25 minutes.
- 3 Stir in cinnamon and flaxseed.
- 4 Top with nuts and a splash of milk.
