- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 cans black beans
- 2 cups greens
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp cumin
Method
- 1 Roast the cubed sweet potato at 425F.
- 2 Warm the beans with cumin.
- 3 Build bowls with greens.
- 4 Top with potato, beans, avocado, and lime.
