Grilled Salmon with Leafy Greens

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 cucumber
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Grill the salmon 4 minutes per side.
- 2 Dress the greens with oil and lemon.
- 3 Add sliced cucumber.
- 4 Top the salad with the salmon.
