Tomato and Cucumber Salad

- 3 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 1/4 red onion
- Fresh basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Method
- 1 Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers.
- 2 Thinly slice the onion.
- 3 Whisk olive oil and vinegar.
- 4 Toss with basil and serve.
