Baked Sweet Potato with Greek Yogurt
Whole baked sweet potatoes topped with yogurt and chives.

Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Chives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Black pepper
- Smoked paprika
Method
- 1 Bake the sweet potatoes at 400F until soft.
- 2 Split each one open.
- 3 Top with yogurt and chives.
- 4 Finish with pepper and paprika.
