Avocado and Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 6 cups spinach
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Pile the spinach into a bowl.
- 2 Slice the avocado over the top.
- 3 Whisk olive oil and lemon.
- 4 Dress and sprinkle with seeds.
