Baked Cod with Tomatoes
Cod baked in a light tomato and herb sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Heat the oven to 400F.
- 2 Scatter tomatoes and garlic in a dish.
- 3 Nestle the cod on top with oil.
- 4 Bake 18 minutes and finish with basil.
