Turmeric Salmon with Greens
Salmon rubbed with turmeric and baked over wilted greens.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 4 cups spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Rub the salmon with turmeric and oil.
- 2 Bake at 400F for 14 minutes.
- 3 Wilt the spinach in a pan.
- 4 Serve the salmon over the greens with lemon.
