  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Black pepper

Method

  1. 1 Rub the salmon with turmeric and oil.
  2. 2 Bake at 400F for 14 minutes.
  3. 3 Wilt the spinach in a pan.
  4. 4 Serve the salmon over the greens with lemon.
