Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 onion
- 4 cups stock
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- 1 Saute the onion, ginger, and turmeric.
- 2 Add carrots and stock.
- 3 Simmer until soft.
- 4 Blend until smooth.
